Soft butter cookies speckled with crumbled Oreos, mini M&Ms and chocolate chips. Turns out, if you put cookies into other cookies, it tastes great.
- 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 2 sticks Unsalted Butter, softened enough to beat
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 egg & 2 yolks, or you can use 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips/mini M&Ms
- 1/2 cup Oreo crumbs
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line baking sheet with parchment.
- 2. Beat butter until soft. Beat in sugar. Beat in vanilla, salt and eggs until lighter in color.
- 3. Add flour, baking soda, oreos, chocolate chips, and mini M&Ms.
- 4. Make golf ball sized cookies, slightly flatten, and place 2″ apart on lined sheets.
- 5. Bake 14 min, BARELY golden around the edges.
- 6. Remove from oven, let sit on tray for 2 min, then move to a cooling rack.
